Evaluation Process
Evaluations criteria will consist of Age-Appropriate technical and tactical skills, level of effort and attitude of the athlete, and a mix of small sided games. All players will be evaluated by the coaching staff of OFC.
Post-Evaluation Process
Players and parents will receive notification no later than that Sunday following the evaluations. If the player is selected, an offer will be extended at that time.
