U16-U19: The Pinnacle of Performance Excellence.

The Performance-Elite Academy is an intensely competitive institution that welcomes only the most skilled players ready to tackle the highest levels of competition. This academy represents the pinnacle of development attained at the D and S Academy. Within these walls, players are meticulously prepared for elite and professional challenges as they advance through their journey.

Vertical play, high pressing, rigorous training sessions, sports nutrition, and tactical periodization are all implemented to cultivate the Total Player.


Players are held to the highest standards in this Academy with a required pipeline to go through Grass Roots courses and certified referee programs to provide maximum level of mental understanding of the sport which will provide a competitive edge. Mentorship of the younger academy members and service to their schools and community are also part of the development program. The heaviest workload and highest level of tournament play will be achieved at this level of play.
